Great Swiss village, very clean, very friendly people. Getting around the village can be a challenge. Taxi service appears to be unregulated and prices over the same distance seem to vary from driver to driver

Saas Fee is a wonderful small village at the bottom of various 4000m Peaks. There is so much to do, as much in the summer as in winter. The village has everything plus a wonderful bonus: car free! It is clean, very well organized, very friendly people...just a wonderful place!

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Saas Fee is stunning.
Saas Fee is stunning. The resort was excellent and everyone there was really nice and very polite. The restaurants we ate at were of a very high quality and being Switzerland you expect to pay fairly high prices. The Apres and nightlife was better than other resorts I've visited and I think the people made that the case. We went in January and were apparently very lucky with the weather being sunny as according to a local its usually blizzards. Please note that the pistes face north so were shaded near the bottom. For more sun exposure we drove 5mins to Saas Grund which our ski pass covered. Saas Grund hasn't as many runs but it was still worth a day trip. To summarise I would definitely hit this place up again.
Excellent apartments located two minutes walk from the main street. The apartment is clean, bright with a fireplace and a large terrace. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and more. The residence has a spa center: swimming pool, sauna, steam bath - the perfect end to the day after skiing or walking in the mountains.
Thanks to the owner of the residence Karin for such a comfortable stay. We will definitely return
Well organised shared rooms which allow some privacy and not getting woken up by anyone else in the room. Toilets and showers were very clean. For me, the best thing of the hostel was the spa area. It was really at a good Swiss standard with beautiful view on the mountains. The staff at the hotel are also very nice and allowed early check-in, as weather was really bad that day. Would definitely come back.
The apartment had every thing that one needs in a ski vacation! The living room was big, we liked it because it was very modern and children friendly. Spacious and just the right dining organization. Kitchen had all the amenities that one needs not more and not less. We were positively surprised that they put fresh towels. The location with Coop and Migros right at the corner was a luxury - i must say.
Capra at Saas Fee is a fantastic hotel. The staff, food and service are exceptional. Being a boutique hotel our stay at every touch point was noticed and customised to suit our needs best. We enjoyed the walk into town, the superb spa and the warm hospitality as it snowed outside. Thank you for a very memorable vacation! Highly recommended!!
The hotel is located ideally in Saas-Fee - it is very central and has nice views as well. The interior is comfortable, not super fancy - but everything is very clean and well-maintained. I think the price performance is great. But the best thing is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful and I had an amazing stay there.
Very central located near the ski slopes and hiking trails. If you are looking for real luxury this will not be for you but for us it was 100%! Big room with sitting area, modern bathroom, big balcony with view over the mountains and full sun. Breakfast was great, owner and personnel very friendly. We will go back for sure!
The lodge is exceptionally well decorated and cosy, it makes you feel at home and every item of furniture matches the overall ambiance.
The room we selected (suite with spa), had a superb view on the village and the mountain. Definitely recommend it.
The hotel is family owned, and they are super friendly and helpful.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was very comfortable. I would stay there again. The hotel has a boot room at the Ceasar Palace Ski Shop which is right next to the main ski lift (Alpine Express) which is a huge benefit. Frank at the ski shop is great also.
We loved the big closets in the bedrooms. The size of the appartement was perfect and plenty spacious for our family of six. The location is fantastic, so close to the downtown and lifts...
