The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They surprised us with a nice cake when I told them it was my husband's birthday, which was so sweet and genuine.
They also accommodated our request for a late checkout which made our last day even more relaxed.

The adult pool was very relaxing, the kids pool a bit hectic as usual.

Protaras is fine for those wanting a zesty time. I visit for peace and quiet but have eaten in many of the restaurants in the past and also had half board in the Hotel. Protaras is, for those not restricted by mobility, easily accessed and even at my age a leisurely stroll will make all it has to offer available if you so wish. Konnos Bay requires a car or bus ride but the walk down and up could be challenging especially in overbearing heat. Cape greko has its rugged side to it but nice. Protaras town itself has more than enough to occupy anyone if you like sun, sand and sea and tourist shopping / browsing and more places to eat and relax than you could possibly patronise in a 2 or so week holiday.

Protaras is amazing for beautiful beaches, some sandy and some pebbles. Stunning views and coastal walk. Lots of restaurants by the harbour. Not overly busy in May and possibility to do a few excursions on land and sea/mountains. You're 2h ISH from Paphos which may have more nightlife if that's what you're after.

I went to Protaras for work. I didn't like it.
I went to Protaras for work. I didn't like it. It is touristic and of poor quality in general. You don't feel like you are in Cyprus; it's just a resort. Many waiters and assistants in restaurants and stores are foreigners, and they don't speak a word of Greek!

This a very touristic place.
This a very touristic place. I was there 2 times, both in low season. In November the town is almost dead - no tourists, so, it is difficult to find a place to eat, but if you know where, it is a nice time to visit. The prices goes lower, beautiful beaches, nice hotels with spa. Highly recommend to visit in October-November.

An area that seems more British than Greek and sadly mostly closed up at the beginning of November apart from the pubs. The beaches are good with great swimming and snorkelling but extremely busy. Restaurants were generally disappointing although search hard and there are a few hidden taverns and coffee shops. Most buildings are concrete (not stone as in the villages, new build type), roads and transport links are good.

Great place for families or 30+ people.
Great place for families or 30+ people. It has plenty of good bars and restaurants but no under 30 craziness. You can get a drink at 2am but without any idiots. Never saw a drunk or out of control group in my 4 weeks there. If you want crazy go to Ayia Napa.
You want fun, friendly, beaches and a good evening life, go to Protaras.
The staff of the hotel is amazing! 🥰 They were very nice and welcoming and took care of every request we had with a smile 😊
The hotel is in an excellent location, near the beach, bars and good restaurants 😋
The rooms are cosy and clean and a great value for money!
We were on a family vacation of 18 people including toddlers, kids, adults, elders and a disabled person and everyone was satisfied with the hotel. We will absolutely come back to this hotel on our next visit to Protaras! 😊
The location of this hotel is really good, far enough out so it was quiet, with the walk into Protaras not being too long and was pleasant. Breakfast was really good. Lunchtime food in the restaurant at the seafront was also really good, however it seemed very disorganised. Evening meals were ok. Drinks menu was standard for all inclusive, however there was only a choice of 2 children's cocktails which was disappointing. The ladies cleaning the rooms were lovely and did a brilliant job.
Access to the beach and in fact the rest of Protaras was great. Also close to Ayia Napa, which fit for our family. The view is unbelievable and nothing can beat the cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning or the sun-downer in the evening. The apartment itself looks bigger on the pictures than it is, but you really spend very little time indoors. Having so many TV channels sorted out late night viewing. It would be very hard to near impossible to have a bad holiday in this apartment.
Everything! Excellent facilities if you have small children. Kids pool with 60 cm depth and larger pool with lots of shallow areas. Playground next to the pool. Lots of sunbeds and pool never gets too crowded. Excellent choices for breakfast. Situated right next to the strip, Eden Garden right below the hotel with large playground and nice restaurants. Next to Lidl and the Protaras ferris wheel. Hotel has been recently renovated.
Great location. Awesome beach 2 mins walk from hotel. Lots of activities offered by hotel for free especially for kids. 10min drive to Protaras main center & 15mins drive to Aya Napa main center. Hotel is very family oriented. Staff is friendly & professional. I'd recommend renting a car from Larnaca Airport as public transportation is not very feasible in general.
Lovely location. Pools were and tidy. Staff were really helpful. Food was excellent, and being a vegetarian this mattered a lot. There was so much selection, and the quality was impressive. After a subsequent stay at a '5 star' hotel in Cyprus, this hotel far surpasses it. Would definitely stay there again. Beach opposite also has great snorkeling opportunities.
Fabulos villa in a quite location close to many beautiful beaches of Protaras. Great pool, barbeque area, 3 airconditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom (!) at this clean and comfortable villa made us feel like home. Super accommodating hosts were ready to provide and help with anything we needed, 5 stars service!
The hotel is modern, not too crowded, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. The cocktails in the bar are amazing. There are a lot of places to chill during the day. I really liked the sauna and hamam. 5 minutes to the beach. You can take bicycles for a ride. The area is very quiet. A few supermarkets nearby.
Great hotel! Nice location close to bus stop, center of Protaras and the beaches!
Excellent service, quick check in, everyday cleaning.
Very spacious apartments with all necessary for comfortable stay with cooking.
Very quiet and feel like home ;)
I will certainly return!
Best hotel to stay in Protaras. View from our room exceptional, especially at sunrise. The room size was ok. Nice swimming pools with a great bar. Staff very attentive. Food is good in both restaurants. Ginger restaurant by far the best option for dinner in Protars.
Exelent meals, view from the room. It was the Best expiriance in Cyprus hotels. You was 200 meter from the sea beach at day and at night. You can relax on the beach, sweeming. Thank to sefs of the hotel, to staff of reception and restaurant. Everything was nice.
The location is fantastic. It's directly opposite one of the best beaches in Cyprus and in between Protaras and Ayia Napa. Directly next door is a small supermarket with everything you need. We always stay here as it's great value for money and a perfect base.
very clean, modern boutique Hotel, food amazing, got a free upgrade to a family suite, best hotel I’ve stayed in protaras, plus best hotel in many stays I’ve had in other countries, will always go back there and recommend it to family and friends
The location of this hotel on Fig Tree Bay beach was wonderful with good hotel facilities outside, ie pool, gym etc. Sadly the weather wasn't conducive for swimming in the sea, which was a shame as the beach and sea are the best in Cyprus.
Iliada beach hotel is an old hotel with renovated, updated and comfortable rooms. Its prime beachfront location by Protaras and Fig Tree Bay, coupled with its proximity to the city centre, makes it an excellent value-for-money choice.
Very close to the beach and restaurants, private parking, cleanliness, good wi-fi and friendly host, all in all it was nice and I had a wonderful vacation here because the most beautiful beach from Cyprus is just across the street :)
excellent location, access to the best beach on Cyprus, very helpful personnel they make yo feel very nice and like home, very good facilities and very good food and drinks and prices at the bar and restaurant
Simply the best hotel in Protaras. It offers reasonably priced accommodation with lots of extras you'd expect at a 5-start hotel.
