We had room 022. Room was a good size stayed for 5 nights. Flew in at 7:am And couldn’t get the room until after 3pm, coming from Australia we were very tired. But didn’t want to waste the day in an uninspiring lobby. Our room was in the basement below car park level outside of our room. I found mouse droppings in the carpet. Each morning outside our window someone dragged equipment over the stony carpark to a shed which made a huge racket. There was very little room to unpack, one drawer and cupboards which we had to take the ironing board out of. The mirrors were brown glass and impossible to put make up on. Worst part we were under the dining room with the constant early morning noise of chairs scratching backwards and forwards, heavy footsteps and high heels. The front desk staff said we couldn’t move as they were fully booked.

The location for this place is amazing, it's right next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans, absolutely gorgeous but also really convenient since it's so close to the Tivoli park and the train station. The staff were helpful and friendly, they offered a good option for me and my mom to stay that was a perfect fit. The rooms are clean, comfortable and convenient, bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Overall 10/10 would love to stay here again
