Cozy location, with very nice persons making us feeling very welcome 🙂
As we stayed for running the “VigBay” half marathon, this hotel was located a few meters from the finish line (location was a plus)
Hotel personnel was (again) so nice that allowed us later check-in so that we could take a shower after the run

This is classified as a 1 star place but it exceeded my expectations. It had a comfortable bed, hot shower and is close to the harbour. There was even tea and coffee in the room. There was heating which I appreciated after the rainy day.

Baiona is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever experienced. Northern Spain as a whole is a delight but Baiona is absolutely lovely and is a good base for accessing other parts of the north of the country. It is also located on the Camino so is a great base for walkers. The walking in this particular area is flat so is accessible to all. Plenty of excellent eateries serving a wide range of dishes but specialising in fish/shellfish dishes and tapas. Foodies will not be disappointed! Baiona is easy walking, a delight for the eyes and the senses. The walk around the coastal path that takes you around the base of the Parador is superb with superb views of the Cies islands. What a stunning area. Do visit if you can, you will not be disappointed! We were touring and spent four nights there... it was not long enough. We very rarely visit the same place twice... I would go back there tomorrow!!

Nice town.
Nice town. The Spanish stick to the legend that America was "discovered" other than invaded and robbed, but that's just the Spanish "interpretation" of Columbus's journey. Visit the castle. Eat the local sea food.

Good facilities in the town and lots to do in the surrounding area. Would recommend hiring bikes from La Pedaleria - excellent bikes and very good value and lovely to ride along the flat cycle route stopping off at the beautiful beaches. Santiago is beautiful and well worth visiting for the day. Also beautiful mountains and we found some lovely mountain pools to swim in.

The Virxe da Rocha and the views from there are a must!
The Virxe da Rocha and the views from there are a must! The Fortaleza and the route are great, and so is the Castle! You can also go for a walk to the riverfront and enjoy the sea breeze and a fantastic view of the sea. The old city has very nice bars and restaurants, although barely any vegetarian options! If the weather is nice there are many nice beaches around, but if it isn't you can still stroll around and have fun at the bars and restaurants!
Marta and Fernando were wonderful, even going as far as rescuing me when my rental car got stuck on a narrow, one-lane country road. (DO NOT go left out of the driveway to return to Baiona!) Then Marta offered to bring me some hot soup, since I didn't want to drive again that evening.
The place is beautifully set in the country, in a very peaceful environment, with easy parking on-site.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed, with strong, fast WiFi.
Hotel Tres Carabelas is located in the center of the old town, close to great restaurants and the harbor. it’s right on the Camino, for anyone walking the Camino Portuguese. The room was comfortable and we slept easily on a quiet weeknight. The staff are all helpful and friendly. we didn’t have breakfast because we wanted to leave early for our walk.
A gorgeous hotel in a beautiful building. The room and general hotel decor was fabulous - very much a boutique hotel vibe with lovely touches such as a little bag of sweets left for us on the bed. The room was a good size, the receptionist José lovely and the hotel is in a fantastic location opposite the harbour and facing a lovely square.
Very quiet and comfortable hotel and a perfect place to stay after a long day walking on the Camino. Staff were excellent, very accommodating to any of your needs. The sitting area where tea and coffee are available was very much appreciated. Breakfast was very nice as well.
Would definitely stay here again.
Convenient location not far from Baiona, Bars and restaurants within walking distance. My single room was on the top floor, cozy, clean with a queen size bed and a window overlooking the surroundings. Breakfast with many options and some local cakes. The hotel is surrounded by trees and a large garden.
Much nicer than the pictures suggested. Wooden furniture gave the room character. Mini fridge was useful. Bright bathroom with large window. Strong wifi, strong hot shower, comfortable bed. Right in the heart of the tapas district. I would definitely stay here if I am ever back in Baiona.
Very clean, spacious, and equipped apartment with a huge terrace in front of the beach.
The girl at the reception was very friendly, helped me with my questions, and gave me information about the area.
Without a doubt, I'll come back indeed, with more time to spend in Baiona :)
Nice hotel right by the beach. We got a loft room with a great view to the beach. The room was clean and comfy and we could borrow towels for the beach :-)
The hotel is in walking distance from the restaurant part of the city where you can find restaurants on all levels
Service and location/staff was excellent. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Decor and look of hotel grounds and location was fantastic. It was also great to be offered a picnic/breakfast on our departure as we had to leave early to get to airport.
Awesome hotel, great location right on Camino. Theresa was great help. Restaurant right next door. Shopping and pier all near by. I am glad I took an extra day here. Great town!
I would come back and stay for a vacation here, loved this hotel!
The location was great - the hotel was almost directly on the Camino in the city center. We were warmly welcomed by the staff the moment we arrived - it felt like coming home. Dinner in the restaurant on the first floor was also exceptional.
Great place to stay while walking the Camino. Our room was very comfortable and Jose was the best. I especially appreciated the killer ac and thoughtfully stocked kitchenette in the hotel- those little cookies were delicious.
The hotel cais is directly opposite the ferry port so perfectly located for our trip to the islas cies. It's also seconds away from some fantastic bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to the nearest beach.
Very nice, clean private room on the camino which was a nice break from the hostels :) super central which makes it easy to sightsee some of Baiona and there's even a kettle for a morning cup of coffee which was great!
The views are amazing. There is a nice walkway right outside the hotel, and there is another walkway near the water. My room was huge with 2 windows, both with views of the water…. I was very comfortable there.
A nice hotel on the Camino path, sea views and wonderful staff who were extremely helpful and kind.Even went out and found me some chocolate(thanks guys) i would stay here again!
The hotel staff and the location.
Quite place. Many pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela stay there. Breakfast Continental type, hearty, enough for everybody
