Salt is nothing special but it is very near to Girona which is amazing especially the old town. It's a great place to use a base for visiting, mountains, sea, rivers and lakes. Beautiful place for cycling!!

This is a great place to stop and break up a journey, Just off the motorway, easy to find. It is on the edge of big commercial centre, lots of shops and a selection of places to eat within walking distance. It was clean and welcoming and the room was spacious. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly.

The facilities are quite basic but completely adequate, there is nothing we didn't have. The staff and the front desk are very friendly, seemed to speak a number of languages and helpful. The carpark has a camera if you manage to park in the right spot! Definitely worth having the breakfast, there is a big choice and its a very reasonable price. We didn’t pay for the breakfast because the hotel in next to mall with many options for eating. When we left I forgot a jacket in the room, after calling the front desk, very kindly they held it up for almost a month for me. So, yes definitely recommend!!

Dogs are welcome which is great and the beds are very comfortable. We paid for a room with a Nespresso machine and fridge, and the hotel also gives you snacks and bottled water. Fabulous.
