The hotel was so clean and the personnel were lovely, I needed a pick-up from the laundry during the stay and they helped me with that. We also had breakfast some days and I was happy because they had gluten-free options. Overall was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

I like the location with many shopping centers near by. The outside looking elevator, the room was very spacious and a nice view of the city. There is city transportation outside the hotel and the bus station is a couple of minutes walk, good if you want to visit beautiful Puerto de la Cruz or even go to Mount Teide, highest point in Spain.
