Hotel was perfect location for our needs, staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. Pool area was great for a few hours chilling every evening and enough bars and restaurants within 10min walk.
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

Pardon me for this but I forgot the guy at the front desk but I won't forget what he did for a guest (me was the guest), If all the hotel staff all around the globe could be like that front desk 's critical thinking? I think all hotels will have a wonderful customer service in any online survey platforms or websites.. I used to work in a hotel industry through the other end of the line and I know exactly what could cheer a guest up upon checking in and that exactly what he did. Management should gave him extra bonus .
I really enjoyed my stay at this fabulous hotel. My room was exceptional. A shout out to the staff. My check in was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The shuttle was excellent and a great bonus. Continue offering that service because it made a major difference.
Everything was perfect! Carmen from reception was incredible, she was available and kind for all our questions and requests. The hotel has also a van that takes the guest to the metro station (for free) and back from the metro station.I really recommend this hotel!
Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, architecture of the hotel is amazing. It is located outside of the city center, but easy transfer with taxi/uber for around 13 Eur, or you can use the free shuttle bus to the metro station.
Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, spacious hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Transportation for the subway and for the Feria are great services. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was replenished frequently.
Really nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice, well prepared dishes and some nice vegetable options.
The hotel facility was quite large, but very attractive architecturally.
The shuttle service to the closest train station and back to the hotel was fantastic. The food and wine at the hotel restaurant was nice and good value for money.
