Ingrid and Alex are great, as is Ingrid's home baking and Alex's hot chocolate – lovely breakfast!
Great for our one night stay, we really enjoyed it and would visit again.
We visited in winter and the apartment has a lovely wood burner. I can imagine, being next to a river, that it will be beautiful in the Summer. And for fishing!

The town was delightful to walk round, to see the old houses and buildings. The church closed at 5 00 so we could not see the inside.
Our hostess at the hotel provided a map and explanation so everything easy to find.
We had dinner at the Cote D’Or, outside in the garden: excellent.

We eat at a french Hotel Restaurant in the village which was recommended by the our B&B but we had the worst meal either of us have ever had.
A lot of the eateries where closed so we had little choice.

Small town located in northern Burgundy.
Small town located in northern Burgundy. Fascinating regional historical museum, old churches. Central shopping and amenities for the surrounding area (have an Intermarche and an Auchan). Best part is the location: 20 minutes north to Champagne producers and tasting, multiple abbeys, churches, chateaus within an hour's drive, day trips to Chablis, Beaune, Dijon, Rheims.

If you are traversing France as we were, north to south, it is quite a hike off the main route to get to the town. It took us over an hour and we were pretty exhausted at that point. The next day was even more difficult, a lot of small roads, poorly signed. But beautiful scenery, so worth making the effort!

Parking is right outside the hotel on the street in a small parking area. The owner was very welcoming and booked dinner for us in a local restaurant she recommended. She obviously knew what she was recommending as the food was superb. The room was really a suite and very spacious and also very quiet. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start a holiday
A renovated old town house with character, this is more like a boutique B and B. Delightful old world stairs and rooms and a charming hostess. Parking is on-site, in a courtyard though narrowish gates.
There are a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance nearby, and a hotel serving good local produce for supper
Impressive and characterful old house.
We had a triple room with huge comfortable kingsized bed and antique single bateau bed.
Beautiful original features but with a Lovely modern shower.
Great location right in the middle of the town.
Hosts were very friendly and hospitable.
Easy parking directly in front of the hotel.
Hotel Le Saint Vorles is directly on the town's central square. The Seine flows past only about 80 metres away so I was able to have a short walk along it's banks before continuing on my journey. The receptionist was chatty and helpful and spoke English. At the price, the breakfast was acceptable.
Old fashioned but welcoming hotel which we’ve stayed at several times on our way to and from the Alps.
Nice, friendly staff, excellent location right on the town square and always very clean.
A reminder of the ‘old’ France that we like so much!
Excellent breakfast and great value!
Wonderful old period house in the town of Châtillon-sur-Seine. The room was large, airy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and she very kindly provided us with delicious croissants as we had to leave very early in the morning.
Great location with easy parking close to the hotel. Nice selection for breakfast, nothing fancy but many options available. The hotel is quite simple but very clean and comfortable.
