Amazing location, and the lodge (2 bed) was spacious and well equipped - perfect for us as a family of 4. The hot tub was a bonus too! A lot of fantastic sights within an easy drive.

There is a toilet and sink in the room. It was nice the breakfast is included especially for a reasonably priced hotel (for Iceland standards.) Because it is a boutique location there were limited amounts of other guests which made our stay very peaceful. We went out at night to admire the stars and even caught an aurora. Staff are very kind. Location prime between Geysir and Gulfoss.HannaUnited States

It was very spacious and furnished beautifully, functional and it was very clean. The weather was very cold and windy but inside it was very cozy due to the heated floors! It’s very close to the Geysir area so this worked out well for us. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Lots of choices in the breakfast yurt. We could not have ask for anything more. As we were upgraded to the Geysir Hotel this review relates to that hotel, which is beautifully stylish with tall ceilings and lots of stone finishes. Our rooms were spacious with good facilities and comfy beds. The bathrooms were modern, warm and functional. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

The best part of this hotel is its location, which is very close to several must-see spots in this area of Iceland. I was also very lucky because, being in a rural area, I could see the Northern Lights from the hotel. Another strength of the hostel is its staff. They are very friendly and welcoming.

Beata is the best person they have on their staff and their neighbours which also have a beautiful hotel with horse riding are so lovely and supportive.
