Loved Corvara.
Loved Corvara. Good, close access to the well organised ski lifts and slopes and all the skiing infrastructure you would expect. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village and on the slopes good shops, ice skating rink etc.

Have stayed here five times skiing & twice in Summer. The beauty of the area takes some beating, surrounded with grand mountains, plenty of modern chair lifts etc. then fantastic flowers with well marked walking trails in Summer. You do need to be fit to enjoy this area, though, & there is very limited other entertainment unless staying at one of the larger hotels with a swimming pool, sauna etc. Also at present, there are limited full or half board options, giving B&B stays a hunt for the evening meals - but the pizzas are good!JanetUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Spent a week skiing here which was our first visit to this area. Excellent and extensive skiing are serviced by excellent lifts and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Half board accommodation but we did eat out on two nights and the choice of restaurants was good.

We opted for the halfboard stay and had dinner included in the price. The dinner was a 4 course meal which was very tasty. The outdoor seating area is also extremely comfortable and invites to sit in the sun and sip a cup of coffee. A great and traditionally ladinian place - one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 2 week trip.
