We were impressed by the exceptional hospitality of Alexandra and Manuel, who made us feel like guests in their own home. The rooms are cosy and well-equipped, and the property offers the convenience of a spacious ski room, onsite parking, and easy access to ski lifts and public transport. The breakfast was delicious, featuring high-quality, locally-sourced products, and the natural wine bar had an excellent selection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Location - it’s right next to the bus stop(a hub) and you don’t have to walk a lot with your ski shoes, it’s right outside the hotel.
Ski storage room - They have one on the backside of the hotel. It has heated vents for ski shoes.
Breakfast - it’s delicious and the spread is quite good. Don’t skip it for that price.
Rooms - we got a room with a view and balcony, it was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable

We loved the staff, the breakfast, the tea time, the room, the hotel, and basically everything that was offered! The hotel is a quick 15-20 min walk from town, and we did not have a car and navigated it very easily. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was so accommodating. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the mountain for skiing so you don't have to lug all of your belongings with you. We also loved the sauna. Comfy bed, big room, great view. Would definitely go back! Very friendly and accommodating environemnt.

The town of Ortisei is a very typical Sud-Tirolean Alpine with lots of wood in use throughout the town for building and local wood carvers. It is a very quiet and peaceful town. Up the road Selva is a more geared towards younger people with lots of apres-ski bars and outdoor music events and bars etc. If you are up for a quiet and relaxing stay, which has lots of nice restaurants and shops, this is it.

The place is excellent — it was my 4th ski travel to this area (Ortizei, Selva di val Gardena), the only huge issue is that there is no direct connections from major airports — Milano, Bergamo, Verona (you could make from one of those). If you don't rent a car — the travel is ridiculous long and require several connections. Comparing to Andorra — there is regular direct bus connection right from the Barcelona airport to Andorra and across Andorra cities+villages (busses and shuttles). I don't understand why this area did not organised something like that, because you built HUGE ski infrastructure and made it complicated to reach it by travellers.

Ortisei is fine to overnight there, but what is much better is to use cable car and to go up to the mountains around. And not only in Ortisei but also in Santa Catarina and Selva...

Ortisei is a very cousy little village. The main street is packed with shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance and there's plenty of choices. Not too crowded, but not a ghost town either. Just perfect for a laid back family vacation.

Beautiful place, amazing views, great hiking, small town great for relaxing, wished we could have stayed longer! The mountains are some of the most beautiful I've seen! Easy to get around the area via bus.
The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei.
The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas.
The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes.
There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room.
This hotel is exceptional. It lives up to its designation as a gourmet and panorama hotel. Located above the town center of Ortisei, it is a tranquil place with spectacular views and with easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities in the surrounding Val Gardena mountains. The food is excellent, and the facilities from parking, to pool, sauna, and fitness center are clean and well taken care of. The family owners and staff could not do more to ensure that their guests are well taken care of.
We loved everything. Erich picked us up from the bus stop with all our luggage and took us to the apartment.
The apartment is immaculately clean and very cosy. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very large and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
The best thing about the apartment are the views of the mountains and Ortiseii. Just stunning!
An easy 10 minute walk into town.
We would have loved to stay longer.
Thanks Erich and Dagmar for a wonderful stay.
Wonderful site right above Val de Gardena with view all along the valley. Well kept grounds with outdoors lovely pool connected to the interior one. The room on the third floor was new and comfortable with the same beautiful view. We had breakfast and dinner which were very good. The staff was very good, especially young Melanie and Patrick (owners family) who are super nice, helpful and friendly. In front of the hotel there are efficient buses for visiting the area.
The entire hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, inviting and beautifully designed. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was nice; we chose the half board option which included dinner as well as breakfast. Dishes were a bit hit/miss but the buffet items were consistently good. The spa facilities knocked me out, they were fantastic. Indoor pool, multiple steam and sauna rooms, relaxation rooms, delicious tea and snacks, outstanding!
Beautiful clean apartments with Mountain Views and a balcony. Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and dining area. Very close to central Ortisei and various mountain lifts. We did numerous all day treks where we were able to start at our apartment and be on the Mount Seuc cable car in a matter of minutes. The host was fantastic and helpful. Also includes a bus pass for the area and pool passes at a nearby hotel. Laundry available too!
The owner is really kind, he wants to help and give tips so that your stay is enjoyable. The location is close to the centre of Ortisei, it is a bit up the hill but via the garden you can go to / from the city without having to walk uphill. The kitchen looked brand-new and was super complete. We were here in summer, but I can imagine the location would be perfect for a winter (ski)trip too.
I actually didnt stay in the villa but in their main hotel building. it was wonderful. decorated beautifully, the room felt like a little house with nice little table and a beautiful balcony looking at the magnificent views. shower was great as well. breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruits, eggs, and sweets. bring a bathing suit cause they even have a warm nice indoor pool.
The hotel is on a hill, with amazing views overlooking the city of Ortisei and surrounding mountains. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves great dinner. Max, one of the owners was very helpful and professional and answered all the questions patiently. Every detail in the hotel is well thought of and neatly designed.
Amazing hotel.
Great location with a wonderful panoramic view on the Ortisei city and the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, the food was tasty and very well presented.
The spa facilities are amazing. There is an outdoor, heated pool where you can swim under the snow and enjoy in the panoramic view.
Hope to come back
The view from the balcony is amazing!
The design of everything was beautiful.
Everything is close walking range, and the owners are nice and welcoming, helping with anything you need on your stay! Would totally recommend.
Ortisei is beautiful city with alot of beautiful nature to view around, take the cable cars and explore the city by foot.
Super clean and quiet stay right in the hear of Ortisei. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast each morning was great. We will be back again. The hotel is a 2 min walk away from the pedestrian area and 5-7 min away from the Seceda and Alp de Susi cable cars.
Wonderful breakfast, big room with views towards the city, really helpful staff with several tips for sightseeing in the area (thanks Claudia and Oscar!), hotel just on the doorstep of Ortisei, Alpe Siusi and the rest of Val Gardena. Was also given access to Mar Dolomiti (great for swimming!)
The position of the hotel is good ,the bus to Ortisei is right out of the hotel. There is swimming pool, sauna. which can relax after trekking in the moutain. and there are lot of space in the hotel can be sitted and chatting with friend. All make me relax and we enjoy a lot here.
Our room was cozy, spacious and and had a great View. The hotel location is perfect, it has a wonderful view over Ortisei and is in walkway by distance from the town center. The hosts were the nicest and gave us great place recommendations.
The location is great! Some rooms have amazing views. It's only short 3-5 mins walk to downtown of Ortisei. Rooms are very tidy and everything is very clean at the hotel. Breakfast was good - good selection of fruits and berries.
Lovely hotel with amazing view over Ortisei and now ski in and out via the new piste. Everything you need at the hotel and a ski bus if you want to explore.
