The room was small but had everything we needed plus a kettle (the water had a lot of calcium. we washed it with a sponge but it just accumulated again). Had a mini fridge which was good for those days when you just want to fall in bed but need to eat. It was good for keeping a couple of sandwiches cool. Which we got from the lidl next door. The room was good. Clean. The sheets were clean. The cleaning staff were careful and seemed attentive. If you are renting a car and doing day trips it is a great location not too far from the highway. We only did this one day. For a family with kids and renting a car it is perfect or for a good night rest on your way somewhere else it is perfect and good value. Close to a supermarket (lidl) and lots of parking space. For seeing verona maybe not unless it's just a one day thing.

A darling of Shakespeare, beautiful Verona is the literary home of Romeo and Juliet. The medieval families of Montague and Capulet immortalized in the tragic play did actually exist and some buildings relating to the Montagues are still present.
Sorry to disappoint, but the place purporting to have been Juliet's house in Verona was not actually where she lived. However, it’s still worth suspending reality for a while and stepping out onto the balcony to see if Romeo turns up.
Another of the must-see Verona sights is the Arena, a largely intact Roman amphitheater which is now the spectacular setting for outdoor summer operas. Smaller Roman relics include the stone bridge that crosses the river by the Roman theater whose remains are partly beneath a house.
The city’s narrow streets house many cafes and restaurants which have cheaper fare than the touristy ones by the Arena, although admittedly the views are less impressive. Life in Verona is laid back and elegant, so expect to see some well-heeled Italians on a post-dinner passeggiata.
Verona Airport is a little out of town, so you’ll need to take a bus to get to your Verona hotel, apartment or B&B. Book with Booking.com for the best choice.
A city littered with beautiful buildings and sights.
A city littered with beautiful buildings and sights. Plenty of cultural attractions, particularly music, and lively, bustling squares and alleyways. More than enough attractions, restaurants, shops, concerts etc to keep a visitor happy for a week (or a lifetime!)

Definitely planning a return in the near future.
Missed out on so much, due to moving on to Lake Garda.
Planning to definitely stay at Kings B&B on our return. Plan is not to book flights until we have confirmation Kings can accommodate us while we’re there.

A great way to see Verona is hop-on, hop-off bus tours. You buy a 24-hour ticket, do the circuit once to identify areas you want to explore further then travel the circuit again getting on and off at the stops you previously identified.

Lovely city and walkable, no need for public transport...
Lovely city and walkable, no need for public transport unless you want to explore out of the city. Check opening times of monuments and museums, as some are closed on a Monday. A lot of history to see and experience. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars.
It is located right between the train station and the historic center, so not a long walk on either direction. The hotel is simple but it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had a good size, and the staff was helpful. The bed is a bit too hard for my taste, but we noticed this to be a pattern in this region of Italy, so perhaps just a local pattern and a matter of individual preference. Great staff, very friendly and helpful!
Clean, modern and bright rooms. The staff were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.
There was a great choice of continental breakfast, freshly baked pastries, cereal, fresh fruit and it was the best coffee we had in Italy.
The location was perfect, 5-10 minute walk from the train station and 2 minute walk to the main square in Verona.
Highly recommend staying here.
Hopefully we will return to Hotel Marco Polo in future!
In Italy they are generally using a special system to unlock the doors via the handy, so, for the access you need the internet, but anyway it was very easy to enter the inside, both to building and the apartment. The flat is only 2 minutes walk to the Verona Arena. Nice place, nice flat. The picture is the view from the flat, an old nice but closed cinema building.
This was our first trip to Italy and it was beautiful and mostly thanks to our host Daniele. His generous welcome, great apartment, super clean with an excellent location made us feel at home. Everything was wonderful and we will surely return to Verona and to this beautiful apartment. Thank you very much for everything Daniele
This is a great location if you have a car. Easily parked in the lot across the street for free. Easy 20 minute walk to the center. Very nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast. If I arrived by train I would stay in the center, but with a car it was perfect for us. Very big room and biggest/best shower we had in Italy.
Our stay was simply outstanding! Absolutely every need was taken care of - it was better than a 5 star hotel. So many special touches to add to the comfort and make guests feel special. Trust me, you won't find better in Verona.... no matter how much you pay!
Nice hotel. Arrived late due to 2 hour delay at airport. Phoned emergency number. No issues gaining access. Norman on reception was extremely helpful with an issue we encountered and tried his utmost to resolve. He alone deserves 5 stars..,
well appointed, well decorated rooms with a luxurious feel. lovely breakfast, fresh, everything warm, (nothing in wrapped plastic — a plus for italy as too often this is standard practice). completely charming and just right on all levels.
Hotel Milano and Spa was located just by the Arena and Piazza Bra. everything we wanted to see in Verona was easy walking distance from our Hotel. They also arranged airport transfers for us and the rooftop bar is a great chill out area
Room is new and clean bed and matrass are are comfortable this is seldom in Italy Hotels and special for 3 star hotel , of course great location near by Train Station and Verona Arena , breakfast can be better but is ok f
Beautiful modern boutique hotel set in stunning country gardens with a pool and great staff: all a 15 minute stroll down the hill to the old town of Verona. Perfect for a city break with added luxury.
The hostess were very kind and helpful which was rare in italy. the way of how they designed the hotel, parking and garden were magnificent. Really I enjoyed the stay in Verona because of the hotel.
It was beautiful and lovely to have breakfast in our room. The room was quiet and the hotel is very centrally located in the best area of Verona. The staff was very thorough in their orientation.
Large room, perfect location, free parking, good breakfast. Unlike other people's complaints, the shower in my room was great 👍 memory foam bed. friendliest staff in Italy.
The location of the apartment and the apartment itself. A modern apartment in an old city building. A perfect combination in one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.
A good hotel in terms of location, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom looks very good. The breakfast is ok, it does not excel in anything, but it is correct for Italy.
