Adrie and Dinie were great hosts and their place is perfect. I was cycling through Lelystad and their place was just what I needed. Beautiful bathroom, great shower and a comfy bed! Adrie and Dinie were both very helpful and welcoming as well - can’t recommend their place enough!

Great driving drifting school at local test centre, some nice local parks and the new national park at Marker Wadden all worth visiting and enough for a long weekend, otherwise a pleasant modern town.

15-20 min. Waiting to check in because the restaurant line is priority. They only change the towels not make the bed nor replace shampoo and soap. The room is tiny for 2 people. The worst: THE BLACKOUT doesn't work. It's wrongly instaled or what? 6 am it's like a sunny day in the room. 45 EUR it's a very very well payed. NEVER MORE THAN THIS.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

I wanted to visit OVP, the massive rewilding project. So this place was a short taxi ride (20 euros). There is no other way The hotel was great. Terrific staff, friendly and kind. Nice room. Warm and cosy. Really good blackout curtains The proprietor gave us vouchers for a restaurant on the marina. Two free drinks! Food was great

Lelystad is an interesting town insofar as it is the administrative seat of the province of Flevoland, which is the newest part of the country of the Netherlands. The city was founded in 1967 so it stands in dramatic contrast to the much older cities of the surrounding provinces. For example, Zwolle and Kampen both have buildings dating from the early 1600's. It has a harbor which contains several classic two and three-masted ships, as well as an amazing life-sized replica of a Dutch vessel from the VOC (the Dutch East India Company), named the Batavia.AAnonymousUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Lelystad is an amazing place very close to the Batavia shopping centre 10 min walk, fabulous garden and very friendly staff. Close to zuigerplas bos and Ostervaardsplaasen Ideal for cycling and animals and bird watching. Took a boat ride to new island maarkenwaard. Absolute breath taking. The hotel is stylish, modern, extremely comfortable, and has amazing facilities (including a self-service 24h shop). The staff is friendly and professional. The views from the hotel are wonderful - especially from the bar on the 16th floor. Even the smell (perfume?) in the beautiful corridors is great. Also, breakfast was delicious. In short, I went there for 1 work-related night, but I will definitely return for a holiday stay!

The room is comfortable enough for a short stay. Very compact and it has everything you could need. Perfect when travelling alone. The water pressure is amazing. The split-unit a/c is superb and the flatscreen TV big. The restaurant near the cabins is tasty and fast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately consider staying here next time I need to be in that area for a couple of days.

It is surrounded by a vast field. It’s in a sort of an industrial area but it was very quiet it didn’t impact the whole feeling of the peacefulness of the bed and breakfast. There’s parking space too at the BnB itself. The breakfast was amaaazing! Very generous! And the host and staff are very friendlyy!! Highly recommended to stay here. Thank you very much, our stay had nothing been but great!!

There’s a great restaurant on site and a cafe on the beach. A cycle path along the waterfront takes you to Lelystad, the Batavia Wharf and outlet village in 20 minutes, and the Oostvaardesplassen nature reserve in 40 minutes.
