The location was very peaceful and the forest was beautiful. The Bali design was lovely, quirky and colourful. Gated accommodation, so felt secure being in a forest. Spacious living room/ kitchen area. Lovely hot waterfall shower, really really enjoyed that. Nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher on holiday to pack less and no washing up 🙂. T.V was good to use of an evening for a chill time.

Location is superb, on a couple of hundred metres from the Grotemarkt, and right next to a bar called Cafe Stiels. Getting there by public transport is easy and the place is very comfortable. The shower wasn't warming up on our first day so we messaged the host and they had someone out and fixing it within a couple of hours. Very helpful and receptive.

it was not clean,windows were filty and floor also.chairs were broken put together with tape,no hairdryer no broom no can or wine opener.pictures on booking.com look better then it is .lot is missing.noise from neighbors till 8am in the morning.you have to pick up your linen packet but no towels are included and not knowing that you dont have towels if you come in late . it was a beautiful place but it needs new furniture and stuff in it.for 2000 dollar it was to much the cafeteria is very nice with great food.there is no market to do a few groceries . we were there not for vacation but we had a dead in the family .

We loved our little stay.
We loved our little stay. We only wished we knew how easy it was to get the train from the airport to the centre then the bus to the park we would have saved so much money we payed €90 for a 19 min taxi journey from the airport. We will definitely be back but we will NOT be getting a taxi next time! They cost way to much!

We arrived about 20,00 and the kids got something to eat in the restaurant. The room and the indoor swimmingpool (1,4m) was very good after a long day in Amsterdam. Breakfast was good and served in two turns to avoid overcrowds, which I liked a lot. I didn't get in the swimming pool but it looked clean and it had a good size. The room itself was nice and clean, all the amenities and also a mini fridge. The area of the hotel and surrounding is large and good for walking or cycling.

However, for us, the best part of the hotel is the owners themselves. It was such a pleasure to hear their family story, see the family photos on the wall, and truly get a taste of Dutch life. Pleasant location by a quiet pond. Breakfast was filling and very pleasant.
