The atmosphere around seems quite relaxing, peaceful. I enjoy the trees, little gardens everywhere.And also churches with their characteristic domes. But... few people know the Lingua franca-- English.

But it is the real castle with many rooms. Personal was very kind and helpful. We stayed only one night and I wish we could stay for more one. Beautiful territory: trees, lake, frogs. Also there were three very friendly dogs - my daughter even had a little tears on leaving. Delicious breakfast (continental style) also included.

Staff was very friendly. parking is right in front (and safe for motorcycles). The location easy to find and is in walking distance of the old centre (to the west) and a shopping ares (to the east). Breakfast was good, and checkout was smooth. The wifi can be a bit flakey, but phone-tethering fixed that.PietBelgium

Friendly staff and a broad buffet style breakfast and a chef who loves his/her work. We were worried we would hear trains, but the room was super quiet. Airconditioning too for one of the lowest prices of our entire trip.
