The private onsen experience in the room was awesome. Even with an additional bed in the room, there was so much space to move around. The breakfast spread was amazing too. We didn't try the breakfast as it was Asian food. There is a Family Mart on the corner where you can buy most of what you would need. The location is quiet, but a little remote. If you have your own transport, as we did, it is great. Only a couple of minutes to the freeways, which will get you to the Taipei international airport in around 90 minutes or anywhere in Taichung City in under 30.
