I was pleasantly surprised that El paso has so many buildings with interesting architecture.... really enjoyed walking around and getting to know this historic city that is NOT just a border town. I plan to come back for the ghost tour to better visit the historic sites

There are plenty of things to see or visit or do in El Paso. There is a lot of history here. It is a border town and the gateway to Ciudad Juarez, so you will find that it is migrant territory, and especially with what is going on lately, just be careful. The city's traffic is awful, rude drivers everywhere don't seem to care about who's around them. The world revolves around them. The hotel was a nightmare, the staff only took care of you if you didn't speak English and crossed the border illegally. If you're American, good luck getting checked in. The local shopping mall was crowded and expensive to shop in. In four small items bought, I spent close to $150.00 and this was at a novelty store. It's not about the season anymore it's about the almighty dollar.MartinUnited States

I don't know who owns this hotel but there doing a shitty job keeping up appearances. I don't recommend this hotel to families or business people. This hotel is preferred for drug users and or they should use it for the immigrates and or homeless people. I rate this place a 0 Zero.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful whenever I asked for information. Hotel has a pool, saw it from my room but did not use it; was busy enjoying El Paso. Room is dated but would stay there again in a heartbeat. I feel that it was worth what I paid for it.

Our last stay at a Comfort Suites in El Paso about a year ago was not great as the hotel and rooms were really dirty so it was nice to see that they've prioritized this area. We stayed in a double queen suite, and the room was a good size. Location is great as Walmart is close by and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We had no problems with our booking or stay and would stay at this hotel again.
