Jeroni was waiting for us when we arrived at the accommodation. Even before that, he was extremely friendly and asked when we would arrive, how we would arrive... After handing over the key, he also sent us a bunch of attractions and good restaurants. He made sure that we had everything provided and that we were comfortable. The location was great, we parked the rented car without any problems. It was also an excellent starting point to all the attractions of Mallorca.

What a terrific house in the center of Mallorca; ideal location on the edge of old city, but also close to Santa Catalina and everything else. Plus, you are actually staying in Palma/Mallorca vs. a tourist area. Spacious, cleverly designed, super clean, with wonderful art, books, and all the amenities you could possibly need. The hostess is available, kind, and helpful. Parking super easy. One note if you have a crawling or climbing toddler: the stairs can be tricky for them and you have to watch out.

Very good mattresses, excellent living space, showers worked well, good kitchen facilities, lovely patio with an excellent BBQ. It really served us well. Just round the corner from a good supermarket. Not in the centre, so quiet at night and yet only a 5-10 minute walk away.

The paintings on the walls were so unique! We also enjoyed that beautiful pool! Felix and Lea was so kind, helpful, welcoming and friendly. The villa was just like a jewel! Brilliant Villa. Great location little local shop seconds away from the villa. The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful. Having air con in the bedrooms really helped with the heat. Great to have the pool.

Taxis are relatively cheep and large supermarket a short walk away. Pedro who manages the property was a great help and easily contactable.
