Spotlessly clean modern interior. Very comfortable sofa and beds. Great location. We enjoyed our brief stay. The hosts were also very flexible when we requested a slightly earlier check in time and comms with them were excellent.

Rockstone cottage is perfectly located close to the gorgeous Colwell Bay and The Hut restaurant. The beds were super comfy and every morning we were served the most incredible breakfast! Denise, the host, was lovely and helpful and we even got to meet her gorgeous dog Nelson (don't worry - he doesn't roam the place if you don't like dogs and we didn't hear him once). We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic location with wonderful facilities on site. Clean and tidy throughout. Good communication and helpful guidebook provided. Ferry pre-booked by owner. Decided to bring own bed linen which was okay based on the price paid. Really enjoyable and would definitely like to return!

Great location - you could walk to the beach and the shops. Quiet area which suited us. The arrival pack was brilliant touch and very much appreciated. It meant that I wasn't trying to find the nearest shop for milk, bread, jam, butter and biscuits first off! Note for others there is a Tesco's in the town of Freshwater, but there's also a lovely corner shop near by. The space was big enough for everyone, especially when it rained one afternoon - there was four of us, but the place allowed for six. It's close to two coffee shops, one shuts at 3.30pm and the other at 4pm - and all of the cakes are well worth the walk - you need the walk to burn off the calories! Dimbola is near by, which is the home of Margarete Cameron, famous early women photographer, they have a different exhibitions on upstairs, a tearoom/ restaurant that serves great food, cakes and ice creams.

The house had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and 12 minutes walking distance to store and ~12 minutes walking distance to Freshwater Bay. The property management company was extremely accommodating and responded promptly to messages. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
