It's incredibly spacious, well-organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. The attention to detail in the interior design and furnishings was evident, and it immediately made us feel at home. The house is not just a place to stay; it's a place to relax and unwind. One of the standout features of this property is the yard and barbecue area. It's nothing short of amazing. The yard is perfect for kids to play around in, and the outdoor barbecue area is a real gem. It quickly became our favorite spot to spend our evenings or simply hang out. Grilling in that setting was a pleasure, and the proximity to the beach made it even more special. Speaking of the beach, it's just a few meters away from the property. The convenience of having the beach so close cannot be overstated. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the shore, and the calm, clear waters were perfect for swimming. If you're up for some adventure, there are numerous options for renting a boat, and I highly recommend it. It's great fun for the whole family and allows you to explore the beautiful coastal area. As to the host, Sakis, he is truly amazing on all levels. From the moment we entered the property, he made us feel like welcomed friends. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring his guests have the best possible experience is remarkable. Sakis provided us with valuable information about the local area, including the best places to try the local cuisine. Do not miss asking him about his special salt and technique if you plan to grill fish – it's a game-changer! This place has left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

I was on vacation in August 2022 in this house with my family. The impressions are fantastic. The hosts are the kindest and most hospitable people I have ever met. The house is equipped with absolutely all necessities for the entire stay and they really paid attention to every possible detail to make the guests feel like they are at home. The vacation in their house was extremely pleasant and I would really recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart. It is worth every euro spent on renting accommodation. If there was a ten plus that would be the rating I would give them.

We stayed for 6 nights here and did not regret at all. The house is new, you can feel a smell of wood when come in. It’s hard to comment much: everything is just works and new inside. My wife really liked everything in a kitchen, because it has many small devices for everyday use. The view from windows are to the hills and is really great because of high location of the houses. One day we had a rainy weather and spent time making bbq on terrace. During hot weather you can use all 3 ACs (living room and both bedrooms), which are silent and powerful. The location is good to reach most of the beaches nearby, by car or motorbike. Bottom line - great house. The photo is taken 100m from a house.

The location is great, from Vourvouru you can visit beaches on both sides of Sithonia, as the crossover near Nikiti is just some 10 or so km away. But in the neighborhood so to say are a lot of good beaches too, if you have a lazy day. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, but the jewel is the garden and terrace with the greatest view to the sea and Diaporos island. The host is very accommodating and helps with stuff as well as information about where to buy groceries etc.
