We loved our entire stay at Bamboo moon. Kadek (the Villa manager) & team were fantastic! Stay included airport pick up/transport to the villa (you get this for stays of 4 nights or more). Met on time by our driver and taken to the property where the villa manager greeted us an explained everything, gave us keys and showed us through the villa. We stayed in Villa 1 and it had 3 huge rooms with queen size beds and each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tub. Nice big open plan living area with dining, and kitchen. Property had filtered chilled water and included breakfast prepared daily. Gardens and pool all beautifully maintained and it was nice and peaceful in a quieter area of Sanur. It was excellent. Short walk to the 5km Sanur beach boardwalk that starts on Mertasari beach and a number of restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. Can't really fault anything to do with our stay and would absolutely look to book here again on our next trip to Sanur.

Our stay was excellent ,the staff were Wonderfull nothing was to much trouble. Having our own pool was great and we spent a lot of afternoons there after being out and about in the mornings. Another big bonus was the chilled water dispenser , it was great having drinking water available at all times.

all the staffs were very helpful, attentive and kind, especially bu lia who helped us rent bicycles. we stayed on my birthday and were given a very lovely suprise. the villa was very clean and serene, the garden is well maintained. love the outdoor shower too.

We loved our stay, the staff were fantastic and the vila was clean and comfortable. The villa was a great size, and the pool was perfect. We really appreciated the mozzie treatments and had no problems with mosquitos even at night.

Arranged driver with host who picked us up from airport. Villa staff met us at villa to let us in and show us round. Villa was beautiful great for our family as teen had own space upstairs whilst we had master Dow stairs. Pool area was great but some beanbag chairs or loungers would be great. Washing machine was a godsend. We left some items behind and host posted to us.

The beds and shower are great and so is having a little porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the romantic surroundings. The staff members are very friendly and helpful when we needed to change villa due to a strong toxic paint smell. Unfortunately, a similar larger villa was not available so we needed to downgrade, but they gave us a discount and even though the new room was smaller it was still lovely. So the customer service was very good.

It is perfectly situated in Sanur, a few minutes walk to lots of shops, cafes and to the beach and promenade. Highly recommend these bungalows if you are wanting a few days in this buzzy cute port town. A 5 min taxi to the ferry to the islands, and 25 mins to the airport. Lovely gardens. Loved our stay here.
