Our stay at this holiday home was absolutely incredible and exceeded all expectations. 🌟 One of the standout features of this place is the private parking in the garage, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free and its proximity to three supermarkets, including Lidl, all within walking distance.. Giarre itself had some good Restaurants and a Station with trains to Taormina and the other way to Catania, the airport and onward to Palermo. The strategic position of the House offers easy access to some of Sicily's most iconic destinations, including Catania, Taormina, Etna, and Siracusa. Plus, with plenty of beautiful beaches along the way to Taormina. But perhaps the most memorable aspect of our stay was the nice garden with its relaxing whirlpool. Spending time here, surrounded by lush greenery and enjoying the stunning views of Mount Etna from the terrace , was truly a highlight of our trip. In conclusion, we can only recommend this holiday home. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Sicily. Thank you, Luigi, for an unforgettable stay! 🌟👍

I really enjoyed the tranquility of this place. It's just a few minutes away by car from the city yet surrounded by nature. Everything was new, modern, well organized and very clean. The property itself is very spacious, so some days we felt like we were the only ones there.. even though there were other guests staying there as well :)... Overall, we've had a wonderful time at Cortilio and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone who's thinking about booking, you get great value for the price 👌

We were welcomed by Franscesco as a family, the accommodation is very well equipped, in the heart of the city to be immersed. The free parking space is comfortable with a car, and the view of Mount Etna from the terrace is more than appreciable. What's more, Francesco was always available to help us with our sightseeing. The accommodation is very pleasant and very well located to see many sites and not far from Catania airport. We made quick trips by car to the north, east and south sides of Mount Etna, enjoyed the beaches between Catania and Taormina, and visited Taormina and its Isola Bella or, a little further afield, Ortigia. We took advantage of the train, 10 minutes from our accommodation, to visit Catania without stress.

I travelled with my partner and three children (5,12,14) and we couldn’t have been happier or more blown away! The pictures don’t do Francesco’s home justice, the space and details are incredible. There is everything you could possibly need as a family to relax, entertain and cook. Close to many wonderful eateries, supermarkets, delis and bars. It’s been one of our most favourite trips and we were gutted to leave!

A szállásadó eljött értünk a repülőtérre (a reptéri tűz miatt 6 órás késéssel érkeztünk, az autóbérlő nem volt nyitva) sajnos ez autónként 100 Euró pluszköltség volt. Előre bekészített reggelire való ennivalók (főleg édes sütemények, lekvár, nutella, péksütemény, tej, müzli és gyümölcs) voltak a konyhában. A szállás tiszta, szép kilátásos, csak fent van egy dombon, a tenger autóval 20 perc. Bolt kb 2.5 km. A lakásban az emeleten volt 2 franciaágyas klimatizált szoba+ fürdő. A földszinten egy emeletes ágyas szoba klima nélkül, és a 4. szobának a konyhában levő kanapéágyat gondolták (klíma itt volt). Végül a 7. fő abban a nappali helyiségben aludt, amin keresztül kell bejönni a házba (az ágy viszonylag szeparált helyen, de nem volt klíma). Összességében nagyobb társaságnak nem rossz, de ahol nem volt klíma, ott nagyon meleg volt.
