Everything about this property was perfect and exactly matched my expectations, in fact exceeding them. The location to the Mount’s shops and beach was just a few minutes walk. The property itself was a modern, 4 bed, 3 bathroom house, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, with every mid-con, and a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms etc. The downstairs bedroom, entrance, and internal garage were all top class too. Gorgeous living room and balcony area upstairs as well…….just a joy. The host was excellent, and the rules/information very clearly and understandably posted. Real thought has gone into the presentation of this property. Well done. Everyone in our group of 7 loved this house.

House was extremely comfortable. Spacious 2 beds and open plan living/kitchen area which was fully equipped. We travelled with young children so it was great to have the grassed outdoor area which was also fully fenced. House is located on a quiet suburban street and only a short drive to the beach & restaurants etc. Very happy with our stay.

It was a very beautiful, small apartment, built onto the ground floor of a detached house. It had a kitchenette, living room area and a dining table. The kitchenette was well equipped with cutlery and dishes. There was also coffee, milk and cookies. The apartment was super clean. Nothing was broken or missing. Everything was perfect. There was a good shop near and the bus stop was very close, so the location was very good as well. Our plans for Tauranga got cancelled so we ended up spending quite some time at the apartment. It was nice that there were boardgames and puzzles to keep us busy. The owner came to say hello but let us otherwise be by ourselves.
