There is a view of the Black Sea from the patio and upstairs balconies. The outdoor pool area is comfortable and surrounded by fruit trees and small vbegetable garden. Having a car was a plus for us as its easier to get around and drive to the local beaches, town, restaurants and grocey stores. The hosts were very welcoming, the property is very well maintained and it feels like home, not just like a typical rental property. I would love to return again with my family. I have lived in Varna and I am familiar with the city and neighboring beach towns. The nearest beach is much nicer than the city beaches and the water is calm and perfect for kids. The adults can enhoy nice drinks and food from the beach restaurants.

The villa is a dream, almost all rooms have a sea view, grandiose equipment (the owner is an architect). They brought us wine, water, sausage, cheese, freshly picked grapes. We were allowed to use the SUP board and experienced paradise. Not only were these wonderful days, but also the feeling of having found friends. At the end of October we could still swim in the sea (water: 18 degrees). The airport transfer takes only 20 minutes. Taxi prices are low. The two kittens who visited us are also adorable. Our host helped us a lot several times and did everything to make us feel comfortable.

The property has all the advertised facilities, plus a wonderful host. Everything was spotless clean and perfect for self catering: the kitchen is well equipped, with a big refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, dishes and cleaning products. We also used the barbecue from outside several times. In the evenings it was very nice and quiet, as only crickets could be heard outside. The guests feel cosy and safe: you can park the car inside the property, behind an electric gate with remote control, and in the courtyard there are surveillance cameras. The Internet was also very good.
