46 km from Barra Honda National Park, Eco-Turismo Guayacanes is a recently renovated property situated in Sámara and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Everything was perfect, the host, Xavier was really kind and fully available. The place was great, clean and perfect for a family escape. The pool, the fruit's ree (lemon, grapefruit, etc), the location, 5 min from Samra and Carillo beach, make this place a unavoidable. I'll recommend for sure to anyone, it worth the price (not too expensive, we were the mid November).

Located in San Juanillo and only 1.7 km from Pleito Beach, Chalet San Juanillo provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly people on site and the accommodation was the most modern I have had so far in Costa Rica. The chalets were immaculate and the pool was great. Having a kitchen was a real bonus. The closest beach is nearly empty most days. The village is a real tico experience - beats any of the tourist traps around.

Situated in Tilarán and only 30 km from Sky Adventures Monteverde, Casa Colibrí features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The cabin was quite nice, lovely beds and bedding. I think everything was pretty new, and there were nice touches that made me think our comfort really was an important consideration.

A beautiful place with a wonderful garden and many birds. The only Hummingbirds I saw I saw at this place. Nice houses with a wiew over the landscape.

Also tge hostess is very helpful and ensures everything goes smooth for checking in

Boasting garden views, Fortu House features accommodation with a garden, around 31 km from Marina Papagayo. Very clean and comfortable. Nice backyard area, gated home with security cameras, and friendly cleaning lady lives up the road.The location is close to the beach and to airports. The host, Fabio, was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Featuring lake views, Arenal Vistas del Paraiso provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 48 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. There are two markets and a gas station very close by for all your basic needs. Also there was a great bar and restaurant called moyas and a german bakery that was fantastic. House had just enough things to be able to cook for our family of 7. It's about a 45-60 min drive to arenal national park and la fortuna. Showers were hot and house had all our basic needs.
