Beautiful inside & out, views over the coast & the town, a relaxing place to stay, & only a short walk to the town. Breakfast was the best !! We only had a 1 night stopover but would love to go back & spend more time

Terri & Robert decorated the house with an amazing taste, the place impecably clean, and the bed very comfy. Specially Terri went above and beyond to make our stay a nice trip with all the reservations (I felt I knew her even before I arrived). The trip was to see if the lodging/ Laguardia was suitable for my friends' visit from Korea in September (there are 6 of us) and I strongly recommend the place and Laguardia!

Set in Mungia, 11 km from Bilbao, Basoan offers a garden and free WiFi. Peaceful, beautiful, very lovely accommodations, kind staff,really wonderful breakfast.

The building is located just next to the street - however it was surprisingly quiet. No problem with car parking on the opposite side of the street. Very attentive and friendly staff. Truly nice breakfast served each morning with great coffee. Wi-fi was working fine.

I have never stayed in a holiday rental so clean!!! The owner is extremely helpful,friendly and accommodating. When we arrived the cot was mounted and had sheets and blanket on. She made sure we had everything we needed. She gifted a bottle of wine from her own Bottega which was delicious and coffe was provided too. The towels were plenty and the linen smelled lovely. The apartment is very cute and although is on 2 levels the bathroom is on the same level as the bedrooms which I think it's the most important thing. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family as the price/quality is really good.
