Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. This is a great location and once they are finished with the restoration it will be exceptional! I love the idea of turning a farmstead into varying self catering accommodations. The setting was perfect! The room we stayed in was huge! It was clean, the shower had great water pressure and temperature control. The bed was comfy too. We enjoyed walking around the property. There's a washer and dryer on-site too that appears to be free to use.

The rooms were comfortable with everything that a traveler would need. The breakfast was excellent with good choice and great food. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely view down to the sea. Easy check in. Spotless. Well equipped. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (I stay in c.20 different hotels p.a.). The owners helped move our luggage to the next place (we are hiking John O'Groats Trail and needed help due to blistering feet). I'd go back just to enjoy the best bed ever!!!
