Absolutely beautiful house, spotlessly clean, Vincent was a fantastic host, who though of every little detail. Complimentary wine, flowers and scones where a beautiful touch. I Highly recommend a family stay at the Lake House. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Situé à Tullyrossmearan, à seulement 8,9 km du Sean McDiarmada Homestead, le Mc's View propose un hébergement avec vue sur le lac. Everything! We picked this place because we’ve been going around Ireland and Northern Ireland and it was a great stopping point between Connemara National Park (beautiful, btw!) and the Giant’s Causeway (also incredible—highly recommend carrick-a-rede too). It was the perfect place to stay. It was absolutely gorgeous, overlooking the lake with mountains all around. There was a very cute sheep that bounded down the hill when I called out to it, as well as a super fun pedal kart. The beds were comfortable and the shower was easy to work (as was the heating instructions left in the little booklet with all the house information and nearby things to do). If we had more time and I had realized we would be able to do things in the area we probably would have stayed longer, honestly, if I ever come back I might stay another night just to take in the views and walk around the area. It was truly amazing. While we were just there for a night, we didn’t use many of the appliances but everything seemed to be there for anyone who might be looking for a longer stay.

Offrant une vue sur le jardin et la montagne, le Carraun Cottage est situé à Manorhamilton, à 19 km de l'église de Killinagh et à 26 km du château de Parkes. Nous voulions être au calme et ce fut parfait. Nous avons eu tout le nécessaire et même plus (feu de cheminée chaque soir). Les commerces ne sont pas accessibles à pied mais il suffit de prévoir ce dont on a besoin et Conor laisse plein de petites choses dans les placards (produits de première nécessité). Conor vit tout près et est presque toujours disponible pour aider. Petit coin formidable aussi pour les balades (nous, nous avons adoré courir dans le coin). J'espère revenir dans ce cottage :)

L'isolement de la maison apporte un calme qui nous a agréablement surpris. C'est un environnement idéal pour les séjours avec enfants. La maison était très bien équipée tel que cela est mentionné dans la présentation. On a aussi apprécié la propreté du logement. Laura, la propriétaire, est très réactive et disponible pour répondre aux différentes interrogations, tout en restant discrète.
