Sujeevani Villa is 500 metres from Negombo Beach Park. Fitted with a balcony offering garden views, it also features an outdoor lap pool and complimentary private parking. Beautiful garden and pool, great to relax after traveling. We had a very spacious room with living room, dining room and kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 tripple bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Great location close to the shopping street and beach. We only stayed 1 night, would have loved to stay longer!

The beds are very comfortable, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were happy that we chose this place as our last accommodation before flying home.

The private pool is perfect for cooling off and enjoying some quiet time. The large garden provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep A mini-supermarket just 100 meters away was a lifesaver for grabbing essentials. The IVORY villa is also within walking distance of the main road and numerous restaurants, offering easy access to everything you might need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and at home. I had a wonderful stay at this unique villa. It's perfect for anyone seeking a quiet, luxurious getaway with a touch of privacy. I highly recommend it

The accommodation is excellently equipped. The house is located in a beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool. Everything you could possibly need is here. The owners are the best. We came with a baby and they brought us extra baby stuff for her. I hope we will be back soon.

After receiving a great tuk tuk tour around Negombo from Leon at the start of our trip, we stayed at his guesthouse before our departure too due to his friendliness and consideration. Our room very clean, spacious and light, with a powerful hot shower in the bathroom. The location is great, close to the city centre with restaurants nearby, but down a quiet canal road to enjoy the peace. We read and listened to the birds on the terrace during the day, while drinking home made lime juice before an excellent dinner of home-made prawns from Leon. A wonderfully kind, funny, and diligent host (and now friend), we will recommend Star Canal Cottage to anyone wishing to visit Sri Lanka :)

Location was stunning and food was awesome . Loved it ! We will definitely come again. The staff treated us very well and they were really obliging when we had service requests. Highly recommended for family time.

It was a lovely property nestled in its own land with a lovely garden. The property itself had easy check and Morgan, our caretaker, was very kind and attentive to our needs and privacy. It overlooks the beachfront and has a lovely view from the 2nd floor. They had arranged us a nice bench with a table for us to sit on and enjoy our meals with. Hot water was great too. You cannot swim on the beach although a short walk away, you are greeted with lovely views. The staircase and roof area needs a little work which they had promised to finish. All in all, a lovely experience. Thank you Sherwin!
