Fabulous views over the railway line and valley. You can scramble down to the track and turn right for Kital Ella, the small Ravana falls and Ella Rock. Turn left for Ella station, nine arch bridge, little adams peak etc. Beds are comfortable, food is excellent and showers are hot. Chandu will help with your logistics needs too. Service is top notch

The staff was really friendly and helping. The view was magnificient, as was the room. Hot streaming water, a bath, good bed.. It s far enough from ella to enjoy the relaxing and quite nature but also at walking distance from ella. We loved our daily walks to ella, watching the train as we were walking... 😍

We were super surprised at how big the room was, especially since we paid so little! The balcony was also a lovely addition. Big big big bonus points for the king size bed - loved it. The staff were extremely kind and they offer a tuk tuk service to bring you to and from Ella city center. Also, right on top of the hotel (literally 2’ uphill walk) is the 3arch bridge - the least famous sibling to the 9 arch one. We were lucky enough to see trains passing there and it was wonderful! We can only recommend! Thanks again.

Fair View Cottage has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Ella, 4.9 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Wonderful and clean cottage with a good bed. Owner was nice and made us a very nice Sri Lankan breakfast. If you like you can also get a western breakfast. The location is good and all the shops are in walking distance.

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Tea Cabins is located in Ella, a 18-minute walk from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Everything was absolutely perfect! The view is breathtaking, the cabin is amazing and everything is thought of! The breakfast is unbelievable and can even be served in the room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Everything is so luxurious and clean! One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in!

Located 2.2 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 900 metres from Ella Spice Garden, Saddle Cottage features accommodation in Ella. Free WiFi is available. The hosts are lovely and caring people, room was clean, the bathroom quite big, with hot water available. View from balcony was amazing, there were also lots of birds and squirells to observe, also we could hear waterfall form the other sodę of valley . We stayed for 3 nights, and breakfast was different every day (very tasty Sri Lankan dishes, big portions). We also ate dinners - delicous rice and curry! Owner took us for a trip around Ella, which we enjoyed very much. We had fabulous stay at Saddle Cottage and hope to come back some day :)

Situated within 4.6 km of Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 48 km of Hakgala Botanical Garden in Ella, Sudumal Cottage offers accommodation with seating area and a kitchen. She was very friendly and provided us with a delicious and varied breakfast every morning. She gave me advice on places to visit in Ella and bus times. The place was in the middle of nature where you could wake up in the morning by the sounds of birds. Thank you Nimalie for making my stay wonderful and comfortable.
