The scenery is stunning!The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable and are separated and opposite the main house. We indulged ourselves in the food and wine that the family make themselves. The food was in huge quantities and was very reasonable and extremely tasty. We also purchased a fair few bottles of the vineyards wine and were blown away with how good it was. Overall, this place was just incredible. I would also say that the family are just brilliant hosts, helpful, attentive and good fun.

I had a wonderful experience at guest house Luna. The apartment is lovely and so is everybody working there! It is a bit tricky to find on your own, so I would recommend going to the Luna Store just outside the train station. They helped me out a lot with activities around Virpazar and gave me plenty of tips for other destinations in Montenegro too. The house was very clean when I arrived, the beds very comfortable and the wifi worked well all the time.

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay! We had the most private cottage. We really enjoyed the terrace with a spectacular view. When you order a meal here, you can ask to serve it either at your private terrace or at the common one. The menu is not big, but the food is perfect. We took almost the same dishes as in a restaurant in the town, and here they were much better. Everything was very delicious and so beautiful served! This is a family winery, so you can taste and buy some wine here. They also have homemade honey 😋 We appreciated the opportunity to use the bicycles freely. They are not for a mountain trip, but OK to go to the town center. By foot, the distance is a little bit long, but with a bicycle, it is just 10 minutes or less. So it was great to stay far from the center, among this beauty and calmness, and still have an option to go there fast without a car. The family running this "hotel" are the most nice people, as well as all the stuff we met here. I don't know how to name such a type of accommodation. It provides all the facilities that you usually have in a hotel, but it is much more family and cozy place. And unlike a usual guest house, here you have your own bathroom, kitchen, and terrace.

Situado a 1,2 km do Lago Skadar, o Country House Djurisic disponibiliza bicicletas gratuitas, um jardim e acomodações climatizadas com um pátio e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. I stayed here with my 60 year old mum and we had a very lovely time. Marko is so kind and helpful. He picked us up from the train station and even dropped us in Podgorica as he was going that way anyway. The location is perfect. A 15 minute walk to the centre. Marko does also have bikes for his guests. We loved the wine tasting and Marko's wine. Breakfast served in the garden was beautiful and I think I'd come back just to see the cats again! Marko also gave some great restaurant suggestions and hikes for Montenegro. Thank you so much for our stay :)
