Amazing Sea and Mountains view. Very friendly owners. 2 full bathrooms. Enough space for 3 couples. 1st floor was recently renovated. Pet friendly house! But note that area is not fenced.

Boasting a patio with sea views, a private beach area and pool with a view, Villa Leut Montesol Tivat Krasici can be found in Krasici, close to Krašići Beach and 13 km from Kotor Clock Tower. This property is beautiful, it has the most amazing views ever and the pictures simply do not do it justice. The living room was lovely and relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was ideal for a quick dip and there is a high quality patio set outside that again is very comfortable to relax in. There is your own sunbed area and steps into the sea across the road ( which is not a through road as only used by a handful of residents) The location was great if you have a car, away from the busy areas yet still within walking distance from a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. The property was fantastically clean and the host was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would love to return.

Villa Mirista is a self-catering accommodation located 350 metres from a pebbly beach in Žanjica. Accommodation will provide you with air conditioning, a balcony and a patio. The view was the best and definitely fair price. Close to the beach. If you are traveling by car, this villa will be one of the best choices

Situated in Lustica and only 1.9 km from Mirište Beach, Villa Lustica features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was stunning overlooking Adriatic Sea and Mamula Island. Views from villa were breath taking and host was very informative and attentive sorted collection of keys from colleague who was extremely helpful. 4 of us stayed but even if capacity of 8 were, there is plenty of space for relaxing, eating and all rooms except bathrooms have air con so stayed cool and comfortable at night! Great facilities in villa, plenty of clean towels and even had pool towels, hairdryer, iron, toaster, washing machine all comforts of home and luxury fittings. Pool was fabulous for cool dip and float in the exceptionally high temperatures! Plenty of space for loungers and sunbathing! Outside terraces are huge! Plenty of space for entertaining! Would definitely return and recommend to stay here! 😍
