The place was really clean on arrival with automatic gate- instruction was really clear on getting the locks, keys are prepared, utilities such as place to cook, utensils to eat and drink, functional laundry is a plus plus, TV room and Living room serves as a perfect place to gather and discuss, its truly a hidden gem in kuching. Plus large parking space and quiet neighborhood (We're group of 8 travelling for local tournament with a separate car rental.) Last but not least the agent/owner really respects tenant privacy , check in and check out was really helpful.

It was great place to stay. House is big as per picture, highly recommended for big family and group. Perfect location most of the main location is just within 5 to 10 minutes, clean and well maintained. All facilities provided ,washing machine, WiFi, TV, water filter , all the basic amenities are there. The car porch is very big. Very easy to commute with the host. Will definitely book this place if I am coming back to Sabah

Walking distance to Mesilou 3Sixty Peak which has a nice view of Mount Kinabalu and a short drive to Desa Dairy Farm. Rooms were clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Everything else was perfect!
