Providing free WiFi and a garden, Nepal Cottage Resort offers rooms in Kathmandu, a 14-minute walk from Hanuman Dhoka and 1.3 km from Kathmandu Durbar Square. location was good. staff so friendly especially the young lady at reception. super quiet for sleeping. beds very comfortable. the breakfast was the best ever with a huge selection. we would stay here again and highly recommend to others

The house is nice, kitchen is big. It’s a good distance from the city Center for a weekend getaway. The view from the rooftop is quite nice and we were able to sleep 11 people very comfortably. The rating would have been much higher if not for the ridiculously intrusive on site staff. If management corrects this it will be a big improvement.

Set upon natural settings thus offering picturesque views of the Himalayas, lush Pine Forest and Kathmandu Valley Peaceful Cottage & Café du Mont offers well appointed rooms with free WiFi access. The staff were excellent, especially Diwana who went out of his way to help. On a clear day the view is breathtaking, I very much doubt there is better. Rooms clean, very good size, & again spectacular views. It certainly is no 5*. However you get the impression it once was. Bit of a " hotel Budapest" if you have ever seen the film. However for service, & a view that will take your breath away, it is well worth it.
