Exceptional host - rare to come across such a tourism professional like Fred. we had a short stay on the island, but he was full of surprises, you have to check it out for yourselves. The property has a cozy room, good utensila and equipment, incl. a washing machine, good wifi, good aircon, private parking spot, nice tour options and good local advice. And not to forget the meals - his breakfast and dinner were prepared and served in a professional, tasteful manner, it is a must to try (Fred is a pro cook btw). We also loved the private swimming pool. The guest bungalow is properly separated, gives enough privacy. Fred has a very useful and efficient alarm system - his dogs. If you dont rent a car, Fred offers the pickup from the port of the airport and has some vehicles for rent as well. The property is easy to find and is situated in a calm neighbourhood. He also offers some complimentary water to the guests, nice gesture.

It's clear that the host has put in a lot of thought toward the comfort of the guests. Washer and dryer (and even the laundry detergent!) was especially handy after a beach trip. The two bedrooms and the front, ocean-facing common room were a good size and had excellent air conditioning. The outdoor covered deck was a great place to have a meal or read a book. The rental company contact was very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent, a one minute walk from a very nice stretch of Matira Beach.

Honestly it’s my best accommodation where I have been during my travel for last 13 years. Amazing, gorgeous, fantastic. Mimi and Daniel are absolutely marvellous and helpful. They helped me with the commute within island and they have the amazing place for staying. It’s specious, clean and if you love animals, there are dogs and cats- I love them. Thank you Mimi and Daniel for the fantastic memories! I felt there like in my family.
