We were a family of 5 and there was lots of space for us all. Having two bathrooms, a dishwasher and laundry facilities was a real bonus. The pool is great to cool off in. Vairea was a fantastic host allowing us to check in early, extending our stay and she went out of her way to help us when our flights home were cancelled.

This place is absolutely MAGICAL and Christophe, the owner is superb! He made our stay so enjoyable and was very prompt to communicate. He went above and beyond for us. We didn't want to leave! The view is absolutely gorgeous and even better in person! My husband and his friends particularly enjoyed the game room! Wow! Offering a garden and garden view, Tuatahi Beach Lodge is situated in Punaauia, 4.1 km from Museum of Tahiti and 17 km from Paofai Gardens. Cozy little place with excellent location. Vaiara beach is less that 5 minutes walk from the apartment, great beach for swimming and snorkeling. The apartment is clean with nice garden, host was very polite and helpful, WiFi was surprisingly good and the price is excellent. Highly recommended!

Taharu'u Guest House By The Beach is a recently renovated holiday home in Papara, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. The space, the location, and the hosts were top notch. I was seriously very happy with my stay. The only thing the home would benefit from would be a few more fans for the warmer afternoons. I was very happy with my stay.

O'coco Bungalow is a recently renovated holiday home in Paea, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. The bungalow has its own access to the water in a beautiful location, which is great - kayak and paddleboard are provided. The location is simply beautiful and so tranquil. Whilst the property is quite a way out of Papeete, it is within easy reach of some of the most beautiful areas of the island (west and southwest - car needed!) and also in close proximity of supermarkets (by car). The host was wonderful (thanks for starter pack of beer, water and fruit) and so was the elderly neighbour who looks after the property. I would happily stay here again - well away from the hustle and bustle of the town. I recommend hiring a car at the airport or from the small place just across the road from the bungalow (French speaking). They quoted me for three full days at a very reasonable price.
