Due to the pandemic that has become impossible, so I wanted to pick a country with a coastline towards the Atlantic and Portugal was the perfect match. I had already visited the Algarve last year and knew I wanted to live in a rural location between Aljezur and Odeceixe, so Rogil was what I was looking for. If you really, really want tranquility and peace of mind Herdade de Vagem is truly the place for you. The silence, the closeness to amazing nature like the beach of Praia do Vale dos Homes, the small country roads and friendly people. You have it all here. The host was very attentive and responsive to messages during my stay. As I was coming with food that would have otherwise been spoiled, I was allowed to check in earlier as there were no previous guests. The apartment was simply perfect for me in size. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen perfect in size. The week I stayed simply flew away. In one way or another I will come back, that is for sure.

The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Great location to access epic sunsets, stunning beaches and coastal hikes. The garden and terrace areas are serene and you can hear the sound of the waves from the nearby beach on your balcony. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of foods.

Vera and her mother couldn’t be better hosts, they were extremely nice and very welcoming!! The house was very cozy and beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! delivered to our porch in the morning. An amazing place to stay, we’ll be coming back for sure!

Perfect little retro house with very sunny balcony. Very comfy beds. Plenty of everything needed to self cater. Perfect retreat for tired hikers . In old town near all the restaurants and hiking trails. Beautiful view of surrounding countryside from balcony. Easiest one of the nicest places we stayed on our 9 stays for the hike. Easy self check in . Sofa bed downstairs is more private than other sofa bed options are the main house is upstairs so feels like a separate bedroom . Owners also made up a single bedroom upstairs which was a bonus . Photos don’t do it justice . It’s a great house at a good price . Thanks for having us

Casa do Lado ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางไปหาด Franquia Beach ได้ใน 700 ม. Excellent B&B ! Everything you could wish for in a B&B experience : fine room (ours was on the ground floor) with a spacious bed and ample storage room. Perfect bathroom with a great shower and an impeccable host (or his sister) serving a great breakfast. Definitely a lodging to return to.
