Located in Matemwe, 600 metres from Muyuni Beach, Chunga Changa provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar. Excellent property with private pool and lots of space, and very x 10 clean. All the staff were polite and super efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Extremely impressed. Were were scuba diving off Mnemba Island so this location is very near and convenient.

Set in Matemwe and only 60 metres from Matemwe Beach, Boutique Villa Unaweza offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is great, it takes 1 minute by walk to reach the beach. The rooms and common areas are beautiful! The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the food is excellent. They organise free yoga classes 4 times a week and provide a wide variety of activities and tours for a reasonable price (maybe a little bit higher than the average but you can expect good quality!)

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. 1. Villas are located in a wonderful, paradise like area and surrounded by the village. I could feel the local vibes but still I was feeling very safe ( there is always someone minding the place). The ocean is clean and safe for swimming once tide is high and excellent for long walks once tide is low. 2. Each day 2 bottles of water were delivered to villa, which made so much difference as we did not have to walk and carry water ourselves. There is also very good selection of teas and coffee available plus a safe in case you want to keep your belongings there. 3. The staff is the biggest asset there. Very helpful and always ready to help. They organised our trips the way we wanted. There is no need to go somewhere else to feel safe and happy, while exploring this beautiful island. 4. They have this beautiful lady there who prepared the most amazing sesame seed bread. Must try! 5. Whole place is very clean and food great. In summary this was our first trip to Africa so we were not sure if going directly without travel agent is not a mistake. It was not we had fabulous time.

Rori luxury villa is one of my absolute favourite hotels that i have stayed in. Starting from the location, which is situated right on the beach, to the hospitality of the owners,Riccardo and Romina, is top tier 👌. It's a picturesque villa that has everything you need in it. Set in Bwejuu, Sand Beach Boutique Villas offers a balcony with pool and garden views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, beauty services and open-air bath. I liked how the place was always clean and neat. Great food and staffs. We felt so welcomed me and my daughter. The environment is friendly for family, couple and single travelers too. Worth every penny and more.

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
