We had an amazing stay at Tamadu’s place. We’ve been there with the friends and my elderly mother and 3 years old very active son. Everything was great. The property has all necessary equipment, everything for comfortable stay. The rooms have excellent view to the harbor. The neighborhood is rather quiet. The host is very polite and is in touch all the time.

The host was perfect. He prepared everything. He was always ready to help us. He gave lots of advice for us to enjoy during our stay.

Little Alley House es un alojamiento con bicicletas gratis y terraza que se encuentra en Cat Ba, a menos de 1 km de Playa de Tung Thu, a 2,7 km de Playa Cat Co 2 y a 2,5 km de Ben Beo Harbour. Very nice people. They let us check in early and showed us the house from top to bottom. The apartment was a very large space, good for families. A washing machine on the third floor and two bathrooms made it very convenient. There is a darling tiny Daschund who lives next door who came and visited us every day. We had a scooter and a bicycle at our disposal, which made going to the old town very quick. The apartment is in a local area with lots of food options. There is a nice little bar called “Trang Draft Beer” that is run by a local woman right next door. Don’t be scared about how it looks. The proprietor speaks great English and offered up stories and local dishes for us tourists not familiar with real Vietnamese food. The beer is cold, food delicious, and the prices cheap. We ate here twice during our trip for under $8 USD for our family of three with three beers each. On the other hand, you can walk 1-2 km into the tourist part of town by the water and pay much higher prices.

The owner is really friendly and helpful. He is super responsive and contacted me right after I booked his property. All the rooms are spacious. Owner also offered to buy charcoal for us for bbq. He prepared everything we want. And also, he become our translator. He helped us arranged the driver and Halong bay cruise too.
