The host Zolly helped us with everything we asked. The rooms are cozy and we were warm. Bathroom worked great. Outdoors are nice. Great views from the porch of each room. Wifi was fast and available in all the areas.

Sapa Bamboo Eco tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Sapa. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, piscina de temporada al aire libre y terraza. La chica y su familia son un verdadero encanto. Llegamos en el autobús nocturno a las 4:30 am y estuvo pendiente de nosotros constantemente para estar despierta y recibirnos. Te ofrece rutas entre los arrozales, motos, ayuda con todo. El desayuno te lo prepara a la hora que te venga a ti mejor, se adapta a tus horarios. La cabaña y el entorno es perfecto. Está al detalle, es la combinación perfecta entre una cabaña independiente y estar en la casa de una familia. Tú tienes tu cabaña con todas las comunidades a solas y a tu aire pero en el entorno rural de una familia y su hogar. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Otro añadido es que las rutas de los arrozales salen desde aquí y su entorno. Es el lugar perfecto para estar entre naturaleza y huir de Sapa

One of our party is physically disabled and they upgraded us to a room that was closer and more accessible to the main lobby. - Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave many recommendations for activities, transport, food etc. They really did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. - Some of us only eat halal food or vegetarian food and the chef and kitchen really went the extra mile when it came to our dietary preferences. On the first day we weren't able to eat a lot of the 'hot dishes' in the breakfast buffet because they had meat. On the second day, the chef had prepared full dishes for us so that we could enjoy a full Vietnamese breakfast. It's one of the kindest and most thoughtful experiences I've had at a hotel. - Location is beautiful. When the weather was cold there's a beautiful mist surrounding the mountains and hotel. When the weather was warm, the sun shone very brightly and prettily across the landscape.

I definitely recommend it. Beautiful, quite and comfortable house to stay. Hieu and his family are so kind and helpful for everything you need. Even you can eat with them and learn more about vietnamese culture. He prepared me delicious coffee and tea. I'm sure that if I come back to Sapa, I'll want to stay with them again!
