Our room has air conditioning but it was working like ON and OFF, nothing in between so we could set the desired temperature up. The bar in the lobby was closed. The personnel speaks English. The most terrible part-no air conditioner when +35, had to sleep with the open room's door 4 nights to have some "fresh" air. Blower didn't help at all.
