The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but we arrived early and they gave us the room at 11! I really appreciated all they do for us and I highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot find the words to describe the service and friendliness of the owner and the staff. You just have to ask and they are ready to provide even before you complete your request. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Place does not have a big lobby or a bar or cofe shop but it has around the clock food to snack or eat like tea,coffe and sandwiches etc. Owner is super friendly and large hearted. It is truly a boutique hotel

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. Excellent front desk staff - above and beyond expectations. The room and location is great. They take good care of you We lost our phone in the taxi and the front desk helped us retrieve it(Herman). So good idea to book transport with them.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
