El personal ha estat molt amable, van venir per a que pogués aparcar el cotxe al parking de davora la mar (pagat per ells). El sopar va esser bo i els cambrers molt servicials. L'habitació és grossa i ben cuidada. El café de cortesia a l'habitació ha esta meravellós, un detall que pocs hotels tenen ja!!

This was a first class hotel, with very clean tidy and well equipped rooms and brillianly located in the centre of Old Town Nessebar. The beds and furniture in the rooms were very comfortable and of high quality, making our 3 night stay really enjoyable....The highlight of the stay was the service provided by the manager Petko....from the minute we arrived until we checked out he was available to answer questions offer help or advice....He gave us his Mobile number so we could contact if needed throughout our stay....If we return to Nessebar anytime in the future then the first point of contact will be Petko at the Hotel.

Sea view, clean and confy, the host Nicolai more than helpful. The lady who took care of the property was very kind, she even helped us with bringing the car up to load the luggage.
