Awesome staffs, from the Filipino gentleman who checked us in, and special thanks to Adora and Miranda for looking after my family during the breakfast service!🙌 Second time visit here, celebrated my wife's birthday and the kids wanted to dip in a pool. We live in West Edmonton and this was great value to just stay overnight.

The friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of in every way possible. Very tasty breakfast as well. Very affordable. Excellent value.

Located 4 km from Palace Casino, Staybridge Suites West Edmonton features an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. A microwave and a refrigerator are offered in each guest suite. Excellent value. Excellent breakfast, Excellent suite. Excellent staff. I normally just hope for safe, clean and quiet when getting a motel/hotel room. This was all three and so much more. Used their laundry facilities. Would have used their pool, if I wasn't there to help a sick relative while they were in the hospital. Excellent week stay with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, king bed, sofa bed . And at the end, when I needed to leave one day early (to get my surgery-relative back home again), they didn't make me pay for the last night (even though booking com site wouldn't let me change my dates. Bad Booking.com to say my last night was "in the past" when it clearly wasn't).

I would like to thank the management and all staff there as they make our stay so comfortable.Actually,the place is in the middle of West Edmonton Mall and North gate which has many Malls.In addition,the hotel has restaurant for all meals.Also all receptionists are helpful as they give you all information about life in Edmonton including transportation and shopping.We are planning to come back as it's safe and quiet area.Many thanks

The host was very welcoming. He even went a notch higher and drove me to explore the downtown at no cost! Such a great gesture. Highly recommend 👌
