Hotel Sommelier LOFT se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Santiago centrum v destinaci Santiago. Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there if we are ever visit Santiago again.
