Situated in the Vitacura district of Santiago, NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera is a hotel located at the luxurious Casa Costanera shopping mall. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi throughout. The location was excellent, mostly for what I did in Santiago -close to the hotel. Loved the room, the bed, even the brand new and large security box! And the stuff was excellent too. I would have loved a hot swimming pool, but I understand there's no space for it in the building. Thanks, and I'll be back.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable. We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from. Altogether a great time in Santiago.
