Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. Bed was comfy enough, room was very spacious with plenty of storage options and large bathroom with wonderful shower. Service was exceptional, food was incredible at both restaurants in the property, and the free breakfast was soo delicious and varied. Best place I’ve ever stayed. Location was super convenient to all the public transportation and the part of town was super cute and safe. Wonderful!!

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Renaissance Santiago Hotel býður upp á árstíðabundna útisundlaug og ókeypis WiFi í Santiago. Parque Arauco-verslunarmiðstöðin er aðeins 700 metra frá hótelinu. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
