Hospitality was great. The evening soup is a mother's treat 🥰. The concierge Peter was of a great help with his team. The breakfast buffet made me eager to start my day with a big smile. The restaurant was astonishing and the staff were doing their best to satisfy us.

Park Hyatt Guangzhou is located in the center of Zhujiang New Town CBD area. It features an outdoor roof-top bar on the 70th floor, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and spa on the 63rd floor.... I love the enviroment offered by the team, especially the concierge was absolutely outstanding. A true reflection of the philosophy of the hotel and service toward the customers.

Very helpful staff. I got a spine injury and needed assitance. The entire staff and management was very very helpful and approaching, including houskeeping lady who has blown me away when I saw that she put extra towels on the floor in the bathroom in order to protect me from slippery. Thank you and I will be again your guest during next canton fair.

Guests laundry on the ninth floor. The well-considered room interior was made for travellers. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned daily.

Provided washer and dryer service is a big plus for a long term stay travelers. Initially, we planned to stay about a week to 2 with this hotel. As a result. We stayed in this hotel and extended to 40 days.
