The staff was very,very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and was selected from a menu - i.e. not from a buffet but made to order - and the location is excellent, just round the corner from Plaza Bolívar, the Gold Museum, the Botero Museum and other important sights. The room was very large and quiet. Highly recommended

Situated conveniently in the Candelaria - Centro Historico district of Bogotá, Hotel Casa de la Luz is set 300 metres from Luis Angel Arango Library, 300 metres from Bolivar Square and 600 metres from... The service was excellent. Daniel help us calling to the restaurant and making a reservation for us. All the staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive. They made us feel comfortable and like we were home. The last night there, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, what a gentleman!!! Once he knew I was from PR he played a very special puertorrican piece for me that almost made me cry. Set within 500 metres of Quevedo's Jet and less than 1 km of Luis Angel Arango Library in Bogotá, Ayenda Casa Candilejas offers accommodation with free WiFi and TV. Loved it here! This is a hidden gem. Right in the center of the historic Bogota (La Candelaria). This is where you want to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the restaurants, museums, and sightseeing - including Monserrate. The stay was very cozy and comfortable. The helpdesk employees were so easy to work with, and always answered any questions I had. There is a hang-out/gym on the terrace that is fun if you want to get away and do some self-discovery. They also have a laundry service where you can get your laundry back the same day. Would definitely stay here again.

With its central location in the Candelaria district, the Hotel Ambala Bogota offers pleasant accommodations in downtown Bogota. It is only 14 km from El Dorado International Airport. Fantastic location! Within walking distance of numerous city attractions. The hotel was extremely clean, and both the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff.
