This fine 4-star hotel enjoys a peaceful location in the Ehrenfeld district, near the Stadtgarten (park), just to the west of Cologne city centre. Guests enjoy free WiFi in all areas. ケルンメッセでの展示会が目的でまずは、価格で選びましたが、この時期の価格としては他と比較しお得だと思いました。展示会場へは地下鉄１本（２５分）で目の前のケルンメッセ駅まで行けます。 地下鉄駅が徒歩５分にあるので便利でした。ホテル自体は閑静な住宅街にありますが、２ブロック先の通り沿いには レストランが多く、スーパーも１ブロックのところにあるので、展示会で歩き疲れて外食を避けたいときは便利でした。タクシーの運転手からも食事をするところにも困らない良いエリアと聞きました。　ホテルは家族経営の小ぶりですが、２名の女性スタッフも最高のホスピタリティで、観光にも、メッセ目的のビジネスにもとても良いと思います。私はまた次回のメッセでも迷わずこちらを予約します。

The best part is the host and Svyvo team are excellent - they are very2 helpful, friendly and answered all our questions swiftly all the time, even during weekend and public holiday. We have a fantastic stay at Svyvo!

The kitchen is euipped with the necessary utensils that we need. Nearby there is a supermarket and a coffee shop where you can grab breakfast. A parkplace in the inner courtyard was very practical and the flat is located on the ground by the parkplace.

There's water in a fridge on the 1st floor, still and 2 types of sparkling water. The breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
